Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days. No specific reason has to be given. The 14 days start from the day that the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires physical possession of the goods. Please include all details of your decision to revoke this contract by sending us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by letter sent by post or by E-Mail).
You can also use this <a href="https://www.saveoursounds.net/en/revocation_form/">Sample Revocation Form</a>, which is not obligatory however. Should the customer opt for the electronic form, we will issue a confirmation of withdrawal via E-Mail. To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the notification of exercise of your revocation right before the end of the revocation period.


Effects of revocation

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The customer has to return the goods to us within 14 days starting from the day he has informed us of the revocation from the contract to the following address Save Our Sounds, Muehle 230, D-06785 Oranienbaum-Woerlitz, Germany. The deadline shall be met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Customers returning goods generally bear the direct cost of a return.The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
